Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "naya24", "we", "us", "our" refers to the naya24 platform, operated under an international gaming license, accessible at naya24.club.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered a naya24 account or who accesses the naya24 website in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the naya24 platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on the naya24 platform, accessing any game or betting market, making a deposit, or claiming any bonus offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the naya24 Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and maintain a naya24 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

2. You are accessing the Platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes and not on behalf of any business or third party.
3. You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or responsible gaming restriction — whether issued by naya24 or any other licensed gaming operator — that remains in force at the time of registration or play.
4. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

naya24 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residential address at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by naya24 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register one (1) naya24 Account only. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where naya24 identifies that a Player holds more than one Account, naya24 may, at its sole discretion:

• Close all duplicate Accounts, retaining only the originally registered Account;
• Void any bonuses, promotions, or winnings generated through duplicate Accounts;
• Permanently close all associated Accounts where evidence of intentional abuse is found.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your Account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your naya24 login credentials. naya24 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your password secure. You must notify naya24 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the naya24 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). naya24 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed in the Platform cashier and are subject to change without prior notice.

The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Source of Funds: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Third-party payments are prohibited and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. naya24 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

• Transaction Limits: naya24 reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits at its discretion, particularly where a responsible gaming measure has been applied to an Account.

Bonuses & Promotions

naya24 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed basic registration and, where specified, initial KYC verification.
• Each bonus is subject to a stated Wagering Requirement. The Wagering Requirement must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonuses have defined expiry periods. Any bonus balance and associated pending winnings that remain at the expiry date will be removed from the Account automatically.

Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets on the naya24 Platform are operated in accordance with their individual rules, which are accessible within each game or market. The following general rules apply across all Platform activity:

• RNG Certification: All casino games on naya24 use independently certified random number generators. The outcome of each game round is determined solely by the RNG and is not influenced by bet size, history, or any other variable.
• Bet Settlement: Bets are settled according to the rules applicable at the time the bet is placed. naya24 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by technical errors, manifest pricing errors, or match irregularities.
• In-Play Betting: In-play markets on cricket and other sports are updated in real time. Bets accepted before a market is suspended are binding, subject to the settlement rules for the relevant event.
• Disconnection: naya24 is not responsible for interrupted gameplay resulting from a loss of internet connection on the player's side. Game state is preserved server-side, and any pending round result will be settled upon reconnection.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the naya24 Platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering an Account using false, stolen, or third-party identity information;
• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Operating more than one naya24 Account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds pricing, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategy intended to defraud naya24 or other players;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform to launder money;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your naya24 Account to another individual;
• Using third-party payment instruments not registered in your own name to make deposits or receive withdrawals.

Account Suspension & Closure

naya24 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• naya24 has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• The Account holder fails to provide requested KYC documentation within the required timeframe;
• naya24 is required to do so in order to comply with a legal obligation, regulatory direction, or court order;
• naya24 determines that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players;
• The Account holder has applied for self-exclusion or a cool-off period under the naya24 responsible gaming tools.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their naya24 Account may do so at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements having been met.

Intellectual Property

All content on the naya24 Platform — including but not limited to the naya24 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the exclusive property of naya24 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, modify, or distribute any Platform content without the prior written consent of naya24. Unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and will be pursued accordingly.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, naya24 shall not be liable to any Player for:

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit naya24's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Privacy & Data Protection

naya24 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering a naya24 Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

naya24 will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies solely to the extent necessary for the operation of the Platform and compliance with legal obligations.

Responsible Gaming

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
